By using Velmora, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Velmora. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.
2. Account Registration & Security
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Keep your account information up to date.
- Keep your password confidential and not share it with anyone.
- Notify us immediately at support@velmoraeu.co if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts we believe have been compromised or used fraudulently.
3. What Velmora Provides
Velmora is an AI-powered personal styling platform. The Service includes:
- AI-generated outfit recommendations based on your preferences, occasion, and budget.
- Virtual try-on functionality using your uploaded reference photos.
- An AI styling chat assistant for personalized fashion advice.
- A wishlist and outfit saving feature.
- A trending outfits and fashion news feed.

Outfit recommendations are generated by AI and are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional fashion or purchasing advice. Product availability and pricing may change without notice. We are not responsible for purchases made through third-party links.
4. User Content
- Ownership: You retain full ownership of any content you upload.
- License to us: You grant Velmora a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service. We do not use your photos for advertising or model training on identifiable data.
- Your responsibility: You must not upload illegal content, content that infringes third-party rights, or content that violates these Terms.
- Removal: We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or our servers.
- Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract data.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or software designed to disrupt the Service.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including the Velmora name, logo, design, AI models, software, and graphics — are the exclusive property of Velmora and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use only.
7. Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites and retailers. These are provided for convenience only. We have no control over third-party content and are not responsible for it. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Service "As Is"
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
No Guarantee of Accuracy
AI-generated recommendations are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velmora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €50, whichever is greater.
9. Termination
By you: Delete your account at any time via Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or by contacting us.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by EU law and applicable member state law. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, they shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction where Velmora is registered.
EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Changes to These Terms
We will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Velmora.
